Cultural commitment

Culture is the social order that fosters creative activity.

The promotion of arts and culture ranks highly with us. We strive to maintain a lively dialogue with artists and support them in their inventiveness, courage and development.

Besides the Lucerne and Bregenz Festivals we are currently funding our successful long-term project "Egypt's sunken treasures" in cooperation with Franck Goddio. And since 2007 the Venezuelan Youth Orchestra Simon Bolivar under the direction of Gustavo Dudamel has also been receiving our support.
