The focus of the cooperation between the Mozarteum Foundation Salzburg and the Hilti Foundation is the promotion and further development of the Mozarteum Foundation’s comprehensive children's and youth program.

AIM is a global innovation program, initiated by the Hilti Foundation, that seeks to fortify the global field of music for social action by building on the best of the field’s knowledge to increase quality, opportunity and impact in order to empower children and young people in life.

Iberacademy started in 2011 in Medellin with the aim of providing academic music education to particularly talented young people from the local social music program "La Red", and to teach them international standards in music through master classes and guest performances.

Through music, especially through playing and singing together from an early age, the children, most of whom come from lower social classes, develop a sense of belonging, they experience themselves as part of a community and thus develop and strengthen their social behavior.
